Research

I'm working on the Computational Prototyping for 21st Century Semiconductor Structures, which is sponsored by Department of Defense (DoD).

Our goal is to meet the computational prototyping needs of an industry which will require semiconductor structures with geometries of less than one-tenth micron.

I'm funded by DARPA(Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), under the guidance of Prof. Jim Plummer and Dr. Peter Griffin.
