i had a decent weekend... it got off to a great start with the calling concert on friday night -- they were really good and alex (the lead singer) is such a cutie, even if he's smaller than me and looks like he's 15, hehe. and his voice -- oh-so-dreamy! :D i scored a few posters off the walls of the club but didn't manage to get autographs because alexis and i got tired of waiting next to their bus alongside a gaggle of teenaged girls worried that their moms would come and pick them up before the calling came out. :P sheesh... talk about feeling old! (and no, no undergarments were flying around this time. hehe.)

anyhoo... spring is almost here and i'm seriously considering starting up a fitness routine... my friend julius sent me the following note on AA: "just 2 hours a day for 2 months... i guarantee you will look soooooooo good ;)." very tempting, very tempting indeed.

but... 2 hours a day?!?! is he nuts?? haha. i wrote him back and said, "how about 1 hour a day, 5 times a week?" which i thought was reasonable... actually, i've never worked out that much in my life! but then he replied and said: "2 hours would be best. and you'd get better and faster results. ;) and in two months... you will look sooooooo good... you will get 3rd looks hehe." hmm, can't deny that.

and then he further clarified: "5 days a week ;) not 7. you need 2 days of rest. that's what the weekend is for ;) and try not to miss one. and diet is important. no sugars... soda... fried food..."

okay, 5 days a week...two hours a day. hmm... it just might be possible!

(although, no sugar? ack!!!!!!!! lol. a ban on soda i'm fine with since i don't drink it anyway. as for fried food... i guess i can't go out with dawn and betty anymore! just kidding... i'll just order salads like alexis. haha.)
