Most Stanford University departments will be closed for winter break. We, at Residential Computing, are mindful that you may require computer or network assistance during this time. As a result, beginning Saturday, December 11, 2004 until Sunday, January 2, 2005, Residential Computing will have a few RCCs available as a courtesy for our year-round residents. Should you require any assistance during this time, instead of contacting your designated RCC, please email holiday-support@rescomp.stanford.edu. Please note that because support is limited during winter break, response times may be longer. If you would like to use a computer while waiting for technical support, please use your nearest Computer Cluster.

Regular RCC support will be available beginning Monday, January 3, 2005.

Also, for your information, the ITSS Helpdesk (5-HELP) will also be closed from December 18, 2004 to January 2, 2005.
