If you are a student who needs computer assistance, contact your RCC. Your Resident Computer Consultant (RCC) supports your in-room network connection, provides consulting services, and maintains your computer cluster.

The central staff supports RCCs and helps them maintain the residential network and clusters, develops online software systems, and supports the overall Residential Education program.
