All rates and services subject to change without prior notice. In-Room Network ConnectionsIn general, Residential Computing provides Net-to-jack service ONLY. Our services guarantee that your account will be activated upon payment and does not include additional technical support for equipment belonging to groups and individuals. Refunds will not be granted for accounts that have been activated for more than 3 days and all users of the Stanford network are subject to Stanford Computing and Network Usage Policies. If you require assistance with network connectivity issues once your account has been activated, please contact conferences@rescomp.stanford.edu as soon as possible. Additional technical assistance beyond what is explicitly stated in your contract may be available by appointment for $40 per hour. Cluster and Equipment RentalAll rentals and services (except in-room network connection fees) may be subject to a 8.25% sales tax. Requests for computer services made later than the required notification period (which varies by service) may be subject to a 15% late fee.
