RCCs will be compensated on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each
quarter. Compensation is tax exempt and RCCs will not receive a W2 because
RCCs are required to live where they work.
For Undergraduate (non-Row) RCCs:
For 2007-2008, the non-Row RCC quarterly salary is $1,817 for
all houses except for EAST, Murray, Yost, and Naranja which has a salary of
$1,090. For 2008-2009, the non-Row RCC quarterly salary is $1,907 for all
houses except for EAST, Murray, Yost, and Naranja which has a salary of
$1,144.
For Graduate RCCs:
For 2007-2008,
the Graduate RCC quarterly salary is $1,965. For 2008-2009, the Graduate RCC
quarterly salary is $2,063. During Winter
and Spring breaks, Graduate RCCs have the opportunity to provide limited
support on an hourly basis.
For Row RCCs:
Row RCCs are paid on a sliding scale depending on the number of residents in
his/her house. For 2007-2008, the Row RCC quarterly salaries are:

Housing
RCCs in undergraduate residences (not including the Row) usually get a single
room except for Burbank, Suites, and Mirrielees. RCCs may choose one roommate
for Burbank and Suites and two roommates for Mirrielees. Housing policies for
the Row differ by house — RowCC candidates should check with specific
houses for more information. In graduate residences, RCCs may choose one
roommate.
Summer
During Summer Session, RCCs will be compensated at the quarterly rate. Other summer
programs hiring RCCs referred from ResComp may offer different compensation packages.
