RCCs will be compensated on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each
quarter. Compensation is tax exempt and RCCs will not receive a W2 because
RCCs are required to live where they work.
For Undergraduate (non-Row) RCCs:
For 2009-2010, the dorm quarterly salaries are as follows:
Naranja - $1368
Branner, EAST, Murray, Yost - $1564
Crothers, FroSoCo, Potter, Robinson, Castano, Kimball, Lantana, Mirrielees,
Toyon - $1759
Florence Moore East, Suites, Ujamaa, Lagunita West, Roble, Zapata, Okada -

Florence Moore West, Burbank, Donner, Larkin, Serra, Twain, Arroyo, Cedro,
Junipero, Otero, Rinconada, Soto, Trancos - $2150
(Salaries are based on the type of residence and house population)
For 2008-2009, the non-Row RCC quarterly salary is $1,907 for all
houses except for EAST, Murray, Yost, and Naranja which has a salary of
$1,144.
For Graduate RCCs:
For Fall 2009, the Graduate quarterly salary is as follows:
EV Zones A, F, H, I, K, Rains Zone Z - $1919
EV Zones B, D, E, J, L, Lyman, Rains Zones X, Y - $2063
EV Zones C, G - $2207

During Winter and Spring breaks, Graduate RCCs have the opportunity to provide limited support on an hourly basis.
For 2008-2009, the Graduate RCC quarterly salary is $2,063.
For Row RCCs:
Row RCCs are paid on a sliding scale depending on the number of residents in
his/her house.

Housing
RCCs in undergraduate residences get a single room except for the Row, Suites,
and Mirrielees. RCCs may choose one roommate to exempt from the draw for
Suites and two roommates for Mirrielees. Housing policies for the Row differ
by house — RowCC candidates should check with specific houses for more
information. In graduate residences, RCCs may choose to up to one roommate.
Summer
During Summer Session, RCCs will be compensated at the quarterly rate. Other summer
programs hiring RCCs referred from ResComp may offer different compensation packages.
